Vitamine E et maladie d'Alzheimer
Une équipe de chercheurs a récemment passé en revue 380 études concernant le traitement de la maladie d'Alzheimer. Les recommandations finales de cette équipe ont été approuvées par l'Académie Américaine de Neurologie et l'Association Alzheimer. Une supplémentation avec des doses importantes de
vitamine E (1.000 UI deux fois par jour) sont l'une des recommandations clés de traitement publiées par l'Académie Américaine de Neurologie. Les chercheurs ont également noté que la sélégiline qui a également certains bénéfices a un ratio bénéfices/risques moins favorable que celui de la vitamine E.
