CLA et obésité

Une équipe de l'école de médecine et de santé publique de l'université du Wisconsin a identifié 18 études randomisées, en double aveugle, contrôlées contre placebo, examinant la possible action du CLA sur la composition corporelle des sujets. Elle a conclu de l'examen de ces études que le CLA améliore la perte de graisse à un taux de 0,024 kg par gramme de CLA par semaine.
