Ginkgo biloba et vitiligo


Le vitiligo est une maladie cutanée génétique dans laquelle des plaques de peau perdent leur pigmentation et apparaissent plus claires. Dans une étude, 47 adultes avec un vitiligo progressant lentement ont reçu 120 mg quotidiens d'un extrait de Ginkgo biloba ou un placebo d'apparence similaire pendant six semaines. Chez les personnes supplémentées, la progression du vitiligo a été stoppée dans 80% des cas contre 36% dans le groupe témoin. De plus, une repigmentation prononcée ou complète s'est produite chez 40% des patients
supplémentés contre moins de 10% dans le groupe témoin.
